About Figo

Who we are

Figo is a fitting-technology company for fashion. We put a real fitting room inside online stores: the shopper measures once, and every product page from then on shows the size that actually fits them — not a chart written for an average nobody is.

Mission

End the guessing. Figo turns real body measurements into an accurate size recommendation — on every fashion website in the world. So the first package opened is the one they keep.

Promise

Figo reinvents the online shopping experience: The fitting room moves from the store to the customer. The customer sees how the item actually sits on their body, not a flattering simulation. Chooses a size with confidence, and discovers items that fit them.

Values

1. Stay guests. The brand is yours. The widget speaks your language, and our only logo is one button. We are here to strengthen the brand and the trust customers place in it. 2. Measure, don't guess. Every recommendation is based on real measurements. The customer's body versus the item's data, not a guess. 3. Show truth. Even when the size doesn't fit, we show it as it is — and immediately suggest what will: a different size, a different cut, or an item that will sit better. Customers who buy an item that truly fits them aren't frustrated, don't return the package — and come back to buy.

The founders

Three people, one mission.

Chief Executive Officer — CEO

Shaked Frenkel

Sets Figo's direction and sits with the brands themselves. Started from the returns desk: if a garment comes back, someone measured wrong — and that is an engineering problem, not a matter of taste.

Chief Technology Officer — CTO

Alexander Mankovetski

Builds the measurement engine: computer vision, body models and garment specs turned into centimeters you can trust. Obsessed with the gap between a recommendation and the truth in the mirror.

Chief Marketing Officer — CMO

Maoz Sadeh

Brings Figo to market and keeps the language honest. Translates measured data into the one sentence a retailer needs before saying yes.

Online fashion asks people to buy clothes they were never allowed to try on.

Figo closes that gap. One measurement, kept with the shopper, turned into a size the brand can stand behind — fewer returns for the store, less doubt at the moment of purchase.
